يحمل درجة الماجستير في الادارة او تخصص ذات علاقة .
خبرة عملية في الادارة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في مجال العمل في المؤسسات التعليمية
القدرة على الادارة والمتابعة والتقييم والإشراف والعمل ضمن الفريق
مهارات عالية في الاتصال والتواصل
