A leading food trading company in Amman, Jordan is looking for a Female office manager with the following qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in the same or any related field.
Fluent in English
Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
