A leading group is looking for Indoor Sales Support, ( 1-2 ) years of experience as below:
Responsibilities
- Providing customer support by: Attending to customers’ requests & enquiries whether they were in
person, by email, or on phone with speed and professionalism, and updating Clients with their export.

applicable.
-Handles the booking process by: Receiving the customers’ confirmation on booking, preparing and
sending freight offers, creating the booking and updating the freight on IBOX system according to
Principal and Agency updated regulations and instructions, checking export freighted export manifest.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business/ any related field.
Very good English language spoken and written.
1-2 Years of Shipping Experience.
