POSITION SUMMARY
Nestlé is looking for someone to design and implement process and technical improvement initiatives ensuring compliance to Globe requirements for commercial systems and adherence to project deliverables and timelines.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Work with key stakeholders to influence and drive continuous improvement in functionalities and processes.
- Prepares and maintains project plans, tracking activities against plans. effectively manage stakeholders and escalate issues & risks. Manage communication of change Impacts/Benefits to business.
- Collaborate with process owners to challenge and benchmark current practices against best Practice and assist in the formation of action plans to address the gaps and manage the change process.
- Support Excellence manager in developing and delivering on business solutions for local & Globe projects, as well as complementary solutions or tools to improve team efficiencies or processes as per market need.
- Support Excellence manager in driving development and support of Business analytics reporting including specifications, testing and end user training.
- Resolving technical issues for GD systems where possible and escalating issues where required.
What will make you successful…
- University Degree: BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering.
- FMCG background preferred
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in developing and maintaining databases, and data systems.
- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where appl.).
- Project Management experience with particular focus on software development.
Technical Skills:
- Technical experience regarding data models, database design development and ETL frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Level Excel
- Exposure with BI Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and / or Looker
- Familiarity with cloud technology such as AWS, Azure and / or GCP
- Exposure to Low Code / No Code technologies such as MS Power Platform
