Job Summary:
Handle the maintenance and support of Supply Chain Management modules in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP including Sales Management, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Purchasing Management, and Manufacturing and Planning in accordance with industry best practices for global business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on Business Process Re-Engineering including gathering documenting requirements and workflow.
- Conduct Fit Gap Analysis and configuration workshops.
- Transform business requirements into a system design and configuration by working closely with all stakeholders.
- Conduct internal workshops to train system users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP.
- Supervise the Go-Live Phase and be onsite to help all stakeholders on working with the systems.
- Create and develop all project documentations.
- Manage relations between business users with the external supplier.
- Participate in any future Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP rollout for the MS Pharma business units.
- Provide ERP technical support including problem solving, bugs fixing, release updates, and managing the new change requests (CRs) raised by the business team.
- Support ERP Systems (D635, Dynamics AX 2009, 2012) and train employees how to deal with ERP system and solving their problems.
- Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department.
- Handle any other work-related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
8-10 years of experience in MS Dynamix 365 for Finance and Supply Chain ERP (aka Microsoft Dynamics AX) and other Business Application: Functionality, Concepts, and Techniques.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
