HR Communications & Youth Intern

Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver effective internal communications campaigns, that include creating written and visual content.
  • Carry out social media campaigns and coverage both internally and externally in accordance with the HR Department’s objectives.
  • Assist in updating and administering the internal communication backend of various internal communication platforms.
  • Help in delivering initiatives and development programs targeting youth at Zain under the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

What Do You Need to Qualify

The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communications, Design and Visual communication is preferable.

Soft skills:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Planning and organization.
  • Innovation.

Technical skills:

  • Designing skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Editing and proofreading abilities are preferred.
  • Social media savvy.
