Job Scope:
Control quality of the products during manufacturing process through performing IPC tests in compliance with GMP and SOP.
Job Requirements :
- B.Sc. degree in pharmacy, chemistry or in other related scientific fields.
- 0 – 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Good written, read and spoken Arabic and English
Duties and Responsibilities :
Follow up production process to ensure the quality of product by performing the needed IPC tests during processing & packaging, which includes the following SOP’s.
Check the product in each production stage according to the acceptable quality limit and related SOP, to approve/reject the transition to the next stage.
Ensure the all needed details are defined clearly for all Production rooms, materials and products such as (Name of the product, Batch number, weight, date and the employee signature) in the production areas.
Daily and periodic tours to ensure the application of good documentation rules and GMP rules in production department during manufacturing process.
Coordinate with calibration department to ensure that all IPC’s instruments are maintained and calibrated in compliance with the related SOP.
Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety and environmental laws and policies as well as maintain the records and reports of HSE aspects.
Professional Knowledge:
Knowledge in the systems such as ICH, GMP, GLP, WHO
Knowledge in the published instructions of the specifications (FAQ’s published specifications)
Knowledge in the procedures of obtaining quality certificate from official entities
Knowledge in production area layout design
Knowledge in material, process and people flow
