تعلن الإغاثة الإسلامية عن توفر فرصة عمل مؤقتة (متطوع في قسم سبل العيش والأمن الغذائي / لتقديم خدمات في مكتب الإغاثة الإسلامية – الأردن) كعقد خدمات لمدة محددة ضمن مشاريع الإغاثة الإسلامية.
الدور الوظيفي :
- متابعة أصحاب المصلحة وضمان التواصل المستمر والمتابعة مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- تحديث البيانات والحفاظ على دقة البيانات المتعلقة بالمشروع وتحديثها بشكل مستمر
- تقييم الاحتياجات والمسح الأساسي وتقديم الدعم اللازم لفريق العمل في إجراء تقييم الاحتياجات والمسوح الأساسية.
- تنسيق المواعيد والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتنسيق المواعيد الخاصة بأنشطة المشروع بكفاءة.
- تنسيق مجموعات الواتساب وإدارة وتنسيق مجموعات الواتساب باستخدام أرقام هواتف الإغاثة الإسلامية في الأردن المتعلقة بأنشطة المشروع.
- زيارات ميدانية ومنزلية ودعم الفريق في تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية لمواقع المشروع ومنازل أصحاب المصلحة.
- تقديم المساعدة أثناء الزيارات المنزلية، وضمان توثيق كامل للمعلومات ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ مهام إدخال البيانات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة، خاصة المتعلقة بمنصب مسؤول سبل العيش والأدوار العليا المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات:
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية قوية.
- إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية (INGOs) سواء كمتطوع أو مع الإغاثة الإسلامية في الأردن.
- فهم رسالة وقيم الإغاثة الإسلامية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Islamic Relief is pleased to announce the availability of a temporary job opportunity (Volunteer in the Livelihood and Food Security Department / to provide services at the Islamic Relief Office – Jordan) under a service contract for a specified period as part of Islamic Relief projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure consistent communication and follow-up with project stakeholders.
- Update and maintain the accuracy of project-related data on an ongoing basis.
- Support the team in conducting needs assessments and baseline surveys.
- Coordinate appointments by efficiently communicating with stakeholders for project-related activities.
- Manage and coordinate WhatsApp groups using Islamic Relief Jordan phone numbers linked to project activities.
- Assist the team in conducting field visits to project sites and home visits for stakeholders.
- Provide support during home visits and ensure complete documentation of relevant information.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by management, particularly those related to the Livelihood Officer role and higher-level positions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Applications must be submitted within 7 days from the date of this announcement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) as a volunteer or with Islamic Relief Jordan is preferred.
Understanding Islamic Relief’s mission and values is considered an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a Jordanian national (male or female).
Residents of Irbid, Amman, Mafraq, or Karak.
