Job Title: Operation and Talent Management Assistant (Paid)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Operation and Talent Management Assistant to join our team at Rekruut’s Jordanian office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at managing operations and facilitating talent acquisition processes.
Tasks include:
- Creating and managing content for social media platforms.
- Handling daily administrative duties such as maintaining candidate records, contacting applicants, and providing information about Rekruut’s services online and via phone.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and One Drive.
- Conducting visits to other businesses and universities to promote Rekruut’s services.
- Assisting in matching candidates with suitable job positions.
- Inputting candidate data into Rekruut’s systems as provided.
- Coordinating introductory sessions for prospective candidates.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand target groups’ needs and engage with them effectively.
- Familiarizing oneself with German labor and industry trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree (in any field, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Management, English Language or Literature, German Language, or related areas).
- Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
