- including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement, etc.
- Participate in estimating costs, prepare justifications, and complete expenditure requests as required as technical expert.
- Coordinate with Project Controls to ensure project schedule and costs are accurately maintained and forecasted.
- Responsible for both the quality of deliverables and effective execution of project assignments.
- Follow-up on implementing projects and safety procedures within department and contractor and make/recommend necessary corrective actions if needed to ensure personnel, equipment and environment safety.
- Plans, organizes, schedules, and conducts inspections of facilities, work areas and equipment.
- Monitor projects execution performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/ corrective actions are taken accordingly.
- Support the continuous update and adherence to projects procedures, and make sure that team and contractor are always complying with IS-9001 and ISO 14000 procedures.
- Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
- Reports technical and Safety issues in addition to other observation to Supervisor and Manager.
