Tasks & Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, supports detailed and effective activity planning, inputting into work plans and budget projections. 

Regularly liaise with field officers to ensure experiences and lessons learned are shared and documented. 

Directly manage the performance of two field officers, set work plans, monitor performance, and collaborate on capacity strengthening plans. 

Participate in the recruitment process of the project needed consultants. 

Ensures quality filing and reporting systems for project activities, feeding into reports to donors on implementation progress and achieved results. 

Monitors with the support of the Country Finance Manager the project’s financial reporting to ensure compliance.

Coordinates M&E data, activity results, and documentation with the M&E consultant. 

Carries out the project in the assigned targeted areas to manage and supervise the project’s activities and gives feedback and guidance to implementing local partners, facilitators, consultants, and staff. 

Oversee the liaison with local authorities and different stakeholders through the partner CBOs.

Conduct field visits to the implemented activities in different regions across the country when needed. With the support of the field officers, develop clear project procurement plans. 

With the support of the field officers, develop clear activities trackers. Ensures adherence to Search policies and procedures by all project team members.

Ensures the agreed project management methods, standards, and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
