Senior Quality Assurance – CUBES Solution

Department: CUBES

Ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. They develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure that products are defect-free and meet established quality standards.

Qualifications Required:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration is required. master’s degree is a plus.
▪ 5-7 years of experience working in quality assurance or in a related role.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Be able to work independently and as part of a team and have experience.

Responsibilities:

▪ Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes.
▪ Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
▪ Collaborating with other departments to gather information and requirements for projects.
▪ Identify and mitigate project risks related to quality.
▪ Create project plans and timelines related to quality.
▪ Monitor project progress and ensure that quality standards are met.
▪ Develop and implement process improvements related to quality.
▪ Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and results.
▪ Mentor and coach junior QA professionals.
