We are looking for an (Engineering Trainer) to join our team, with the following requirements.

The Role:
As an Engineering Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver hands on bench-fitting training to maintenance personnel of all levels and experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating a friendly and supportive environment for development.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Carry out training processes
• Develop, coordinate, and perform Electrical and Mechanical technicians training and qualification plans
• Provide maintenance and operation training on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Train Electrical and Mechanical technicians
• Partners on administration processes and engineering reporting requirements.
• Teach basic Engineering hand skills to maintenance technicians, including fitting, drilling and grinding
• Focus on Health and Safety
• Maintain classroom control
• Update training documentation
• Work in line with all policies and S.O.P.s

Essential experience of the Engineering Trainer:

• Good craft/technical skills
• Previous experience of engineering /using hand tools
• PC literate with PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Use of analogue measuring equipment is desirable
• Previous training experience is must, you should bring your technical, development, supporting skills
